By placing an order through the App, you agree to pay the total amount specified at checkout, including any applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges.
4.2 Delivery: Anythingz may facilitate delivery services for orders placed through the App. Delivery times and availability may vary based on your location and the availability of Merchants. Anythingz is not responsible for any delays, errors, or damages related to delivery services.
**5. Payments**
5.1 Payment Methods: Payments for orders placed through the App may be processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information through the App, you authorize Anythingz and its payment processors to charge the total amount specified for your order.
5.2 Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations may be subject to the policies of the relevant Merchant. Anythingz reserves the right to issue refunds or credits in its sole discretion.
**6. User Conduct**
6.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfering with the operation of the App or the services provided through it.
- Harassing, intimidating, or impersonating other users.
- Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
6.2 Compliance with Merchant Policies: When placing orders through the App, you agree to comply with the policies and terms of service of the relevant Merchants.
**7. Intellectual Property**
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without the prior written consent of Anythingz.
**8. Termination**
Anythingz may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability.
**9. Disclaimer of Warranties**
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ANYTHINGZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
**10. Limitation of Liability**
ANYTHINGZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
**11. Governing Law**
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
**12. Changes to Terms and Conditions**
Anythingz reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
