**5. Refunds and Cancellations**

Anythingz will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues related to failed deliveries, but cannot guarantee a successful outcome.
5.4 Delivery Errors: If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact Anythingz customer support immediately to report the issue. Anythingz will investigate the matter and may provide a refund, credit, or replacement order at its discretion.
